If one of our toners fails to perform we will replace it for a period of one year from date of purchase. In most cases, if you give us a call or email prior to 2:00pm PST, we will overnight you a replacement free of charge. *
If one of our toners leaks or damages your printer, we will pay the cost of repairs or send our technician to repair your printer at no cost. All we require is a note from your repair person specifying that our toner damaged your printer. Easy!
. We can overnight free of charge in cases where our re manufacturer provides us this luxury. In other cases we will ship a replacement with standard two day shipping.
